Fully Automatic Can-Body Making Line

The line consists of automatic gang slitter, DODO can-body electric resistance welder, inside and outside coater, dryer, conveyer, necker, beader, flanger, seamer. It combine with the end-making line for a fully canning line. Suit various can size and can type.

We supply the market with five different lines to meet our customers' different demands. And the production capacity of these lines are 400cans/min, 300cans/min, 200cans/min, 120cans/min, 80cans/min. They are all fully automatic except the 80cans/min one.

Character:

1. Adopt the updated programmable controller to realize fully automatically synchronous control of mechanism and electricity.

2. Adopt the updated inverter for power supply with function of current and frequency adjustable to ensure tidy and pretty welding line.

3. Adopt touching screen operation system to realize human-machine communication.

4. The clearance between cans is as small as 0.52 during process, which result in the most effective use of copper wire.

5. Easy and simple to change canning moulds, suit the production of small quantity and various can types.
